Non Certified Diamonds are often graded by some jewelers and can be over-rated in color, cut and clarity to benefit the jeweler in regards to selling price. This is not true with G.I.A or E.G.L Certified Diamonds, which is the best protection customers have in obtaining the finest diamonds at the best price.
